Gratuite et sécurisée, l’appli DMP pour smartphone permet à tout détenteur d’un Dossier Médical Partagé de garder ses informations de santé à portée de main. L’appli DMP vous permet de :
• consulter vos informations de santé (historique de soins, médicaments, résultats d’examens…) ;
• d’enrichir votre DMP en y ajoutant les informations utiles à votre suivi médical (ex : personnes à prévenir en cas d’urgence).
• visualiser les actions réalisées sur votre DMP ;
• gérer les accès à votre DMP ;
L’accès à votre DMP est hautement sécurisé. A part vous, seuls les professionnels de santé de votre choix peuvent le consulter.
